Mac System Does Not Boot

When your MacBook does not completely boot to the desktop, or doesn't do anything, we will need to perform a diagnostics to determine the cause.

Once diagnosed we will call and advise you of the issue(s) discovered and provide you a cost quotation.

Upon your approval we will proceed with the repair and call you upon completion.

Find Mac Model Number

Your Macbook or Macbook Pro Model number that we require is in the format:

A9999 (A followed by 4 numbers). For example: "A1181".

Close the lid of your MacBook and turn it upside down.

You can find it in one of the following locations(see pics below):

1. On the bottom cover of the MacBook (under the keyboard).

2. On the bottom of the laptop, underneath the removable battery.

3. In some cases it is on the underside of the battery itself.

It is in often printed in very fine light grey: "A1181", and may be amidst other text.

It may help to use a magnifying glass.
